Cancellation policy
We politely request 48 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment.
While we understand some circumstances may be out of your control a short notice cancellation will leave us with appointment slots we may not be able to fill.

We are happy to discuss circumstances and work with you to create flexible alternatives. You should seek to talk to your stylist in the event of a short notice cancellation.

Short notice cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of original booked appointment or a deposit of 50% taken as a booking fee to secure your next appointment with us.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers whom:

Skin/Allergy Testing
The rules/regulations & recommendations in the UK changed in 2020 to further more frequent skin/allergy testing for colour services.
We are committed to upholding this.
You are responsible for obtaining a test for colour appointments & should discuss with your stylist skin/allergy testing.
Alternatively please contact the salon directly if you have any questions or need advise.
(Regular colour clients may be excluded from frequent testing)

Reasons why we might ask you to get a test:
> You are a new client to us.
> You have previously had a colour reaction.
> You're looking to change your colour depth or tone.
> It's been over the designated time allowance since your last colour.
> You have had black henna pigment applied to your skin/hair.

We offer a at home testing kit for established clients, please talk to the salon about this option.
